Message	the key to a successful build is having a set game plan and sticking to it. not oh i want ICs, no wait manifolds, down pipes, cheaper ICs so i can buy other things.. he needs a set plan and budget, not settle for crap or buy on impulse. patience and money will help you a whole lot. if you do not have the funds, save some more and do it right the first time. if you are living paycheck to paycheck, dont go crazy doing a build because things break and get expensive quick.
